Mumbai rains bring both pleasure, pain for celebrities

New Delhi, July 8 (IANS) Incessant rains in Mumbai have cooled down the city, but long traffic jams and water-logging have added to the woes of the people including Bollywood celebrities -- some are complaining about traffic jams though others have plans to enjoy the weather.
