Minnows back only in 2015 World Cup, 2019 will have 10 teams

Hong Kong, June 28 (IANS) The International Cricket Council (ICC) in a U-turn Tuesday decided to allow the minnows to play only in the 2015 World Cup and restrict the 2019 edition to 10 teams.
