ICC reinstates minnows in Cricket World Cup

Hong Kong, June 28 (IANS) The International Cricket Council (ICC) in a U-turn Tuesday decided to allow the minnows to play in the 2015 World Cup, and also leave the 2012 and 2014 World Twenty20 format as it has been since the inception of the tournament.
