Morgan appointed England Twenty20 vice-captain

London, June 22 (ANI): Eoin Morgan has been appointed as the vice-captain of the England Twenty20 side and is on standby to lead the team at Bristol on Saturday should Stuart Broad fail to recover from a heel injury in time.
