Afridi was sacked over violation of code of conduct: Ijaz Butt

Lahore, May 31(ANI): Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Ijaz Butt has said that some of the comments made by Shahid Afridi, whom he recently sacked as ODI captain, were against the code of conduct.
