Fletcher rules out dictatorial approach with Team India

Chennai, May 13(ANI): Newly appointed Team India coach Duncan Fletcher on Friday said that he does not believe in dictatorial style and will instead offer advice in dealing with the challenge of coaching a team brimming with stars.
