New Delhi, Feb 23 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Wednesday issued notice to the ministries of information and broadcasting and home affairs, chairman of UTV and team of the reality show 'Emotional Atyachaar' following a plea seeking a ban on the show due to its 'vulgar' content.
