Mumbai, Dec 30 (IANS) Nikhil Advani had a difference of opinion with the rest of his team over the content of the first trailer of Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Patiala House' as a result of which there was delay in getting it ready for being attached to 'Tees Maar Khan'.
