New Delhi, Dec 2 (IANS) Chinese film 'Tangshan Dadizheng' (Aftershock) won the best feature film award and Chen Daoming, who featured in it was declared the best actor at the fourth annual Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) held in Gold Coast, Australia.
