Even as BCCI argues with Sunil Gavaskar over the alleged non-payment of dues for his services as member of the IPL Governing Council, it has signed a contract with the former opener, making him an exclusive commentator and presenter for all matches organised by the Board in India, including those of the IPL. The Board has signed a similar agreement with Ravi Shastri.
