National award winning actor Atul Kulkarni has been nominated in 'Best Actor' category at the 'Asia Pacific Screen Awards', labelled as 'Oscars of the East'.
The nomination comes in the wake of the 'Special Mention' at the Munich Film Festival in Germany for Atul's performance of a Tamasha dancer in critically-acclaimed Marathi movie, 'Natrang'.
The 45-year-old faces competition from Australia's veteran actor Tony Barry and Chen Daoming from China, to win the honours.
