New Delhi, Sep 30 (IANS) Popular TV actor Shabbir Ahluwalia has emerged the winner of the third season of 'Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladi' after weeks of gruelling tasks involving underwater stunts, fighting off creepy crawlies and jumping off dangerous heights.
