Mumbai, Sep 14 (IANS) Music composers Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, who are set to perform during the Delhi International Cultural Festival that will run in tandem with the Oct 3-14 Commonwealth Games, hope to lift with their performance the spirits of people miffed by the allegations of corruption surrounding the event.
