Lahore, Aug 11 (ANI): The Pakistan Cricket Board has again threatened to issue a fresh show cause notice to senior batsman Younus Khan as the PCB is apparently upset over the fact that the former captain has not contacted them regarding his case after the appellate tribunal of the board lifted ban from him in June.
