New Delhi, May 29 (IANS) By allegedly forcing deletions in Prakash Jha's film 'Rajneeti', the Congress had resorted to moral policing and harked back to the Emergency era when 'Aandhi' was banned and reels of 'Kissa Kursi Ka' were burnt, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Arun Jaitley said Saturday.
