Kolkata, May 24 (IANS) Veteran Bengali actor Tapen Chattopadhyay, who became a household name among the Bengali speaking population for his performances as Goopy in Satyajit Ray's Goopy-Bagha series of films, died at his residence Monday following respiratory failure.
