National Award for 'Gaggara' will help dying art: Shivadhwaj

Bangalore, Jan 26 (IANS) Kannada actor-director Shivadhwaj, whose first Tulu venture 'Gaggara' has won the National Film Award for best regional movie, says it will help in highlighting the problems of dying folk culture of Tulu speaking people.
