New Delhi, Dec 27 (IANS) Actor Vindu Dara Singh is on cloud nine after winning the third season of television reality show 'Bigg Boss'. And he hopes lady luck smiles on him the way it did on Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty when she won 'Celebrity Big Brother' - the international version of the show in 2007.
