Bacardi Blast to begin Saturday in Goa

Panaji, Dec 18 (IANS) Bacardi Blast, a two-day dance-music festival, begins here Saturday, a day after Goa Home Minister Ravi Naik told the state legislative assembly that Pakistan-based terror groups wanted to execute 'spectacular violence' in the state.
