Film with Sanjay Dutt not on Khalistan or 26/11: Lakhia

New Delhi, Oct 23 (IANS) Filmmaker Apoorva Lakhia, known for making the hit crime thriller 'Shootout At Lokhandwala', has trashed rumours that his film with Sanjay Dutt is based on policemen who battled Sikh extremism.
