Mumbai, March 2 (IANS) Herman Knippenberg, the Dutch diplomat who investigated Charles Sobhraj's case, has been roped in as consultant for the Sanjay Dutt starrer 'Charles & I', which the director insists is not based on the notorious criminal's life.
