As the Delhi High Court quashed an earlier notification by central government to ban on-screen smoking, Bollywood lit up in delight. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, who had filed the PIL challenging the ban expressed his 'jubiliation' at the decision, but maintained that 'the film fraternity has to become a part in the crusade against smoking and show a person smoking only if it is imperative'.
