The plot is based on real-life incidents related to the Naxalite movement. The film depicts the journey of a Naxalite man from the southern interiors of Bihar, tutored under a covert government programme and trained to kill. His name is Chandramohan Singh aka Chamku (Bobby Deol). This is a story set in real time. Political assassinations, explosive intrigues and a chance encounter that culminates in an epic vendetta.
